FOUR Ennis men charged with violent disorder have been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court.
William Fox (22), of Hermitage, Ennis; Clinton Keane (22), of Castlewood Park, Ennis; Michael McCarthy (24), of Watery Road, Ennis, and a young person who cannot be named because of his age, are accused of the alleged offence in Ennis town centre, on March 18 last year.
Clinton Keane and another man Christopher Dobbin (22), of John Paul Avenue, Ennis, are also accused of assaulting a man, on the same date. Ennis district court was told that a book of evidence has been served on all of the accused.
